This is the part of ToolJot's privacy policy for Slime Merge. In it, "ToolJot", "we" and "us" means ToolJot.
Ads
Slime Merge is free because it shows ads: banner ads, ads you choose to watch to continue a game, and an ad when you come back to the game. They come from Google AdMob and the partners it works with, such as Unity Ads.
What ad companies collect
When an ad is shown, Google AdMob and its partners, such as Unity Ads, may collect device details, identifiers, your rough location from your internet address, and whether you saw or tapped an ad. They use this to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, under their own privacy policies. Read how Google uses data from apps and the Unity privacy policy.
Consent. Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads.
Tracking. The game asks for permission before using your advertising identifier to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you say no, you still see ads, but they are not personalised. You can change this at any time in Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, your best scores and achievements are sent to Apple's Game Center so they show on the leaderboards, where other players can see your Game Center name and photo. Apple handles this under its own privacy policy, and you can sign out in your device's Settings.
Reminders
After a few games, Slime Merge asks if it may send you reminders to come back. They are made on your device, only if you allow them, and you can turn them off at any time in your device's Settings.
What stays on your device
Your progress, coins, scores and settings are saved on your device. Coins are earned in the game and cannot be bought with money. If you share a score card, it is sent only where you choose to share it.
Slime Merge uses no analytics, has no in-app purchases and needs no account.

Messages you send us
When you write to us through the contact page or by email, we receive your name, email address and message, and which product it is about if you tell us. We use this only to answer you and to help with the product.
Services we use
These companies help run Slime Merge today. When this list changes, we update this page.
- Apple: Game Center and notifications.
- Google AdMob and Google's consent tool: ads and ad consent.
- Unity Ads: ads through AdMob.
- Web hosting: handles messages you send through the contact page.
These services must protect your information at least as well as this policy does. They only use it to do their job for us, except the ad companies, which also use it under their own privacy policies as described in the ads part.

Sharing
We share personal information only as described in this policy: with the services above so they can do their work, with advertising partners in the games, when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others, and as part of a business sale or merger, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy, or as long as the law requires. Information saved on your device stays until you delete it or the app.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Where it is processed
Our services may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where the law requires it, appropriate safeguards are in place for these transfers.
Children
Slime Merge is for ages 13 and up, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or limit how we use it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email support@tooljot.com. We answer privacy requests within 30 days.
EEA, Switzerland and the UK. We use personal information to provide our products, based on our legitimate interests in running and improving them, with your consent where the law requires it (for example personalised ads), and to meet legal obligations. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
California. You have the right to know what we collect, to ask us to delete or correct it, to opt out of the sharing of personal information for personalised ads, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. In the games, you can opt out through the consent and tracking choices described above.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our products change, for example when we add a product, a feature or a service. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page or in the product.
