What this covers
These terms govern your use of tooljot.com. They don't cover the apps and games shipped under the Tooljot name. Each of those has its own terms inside the app and on its product page.
Use of the site
You can browse, link to, quote from, and reference this site freely. Press, journalists, and reviewers are welcome to use screenshots and product names in coverage.
Don't try to break the site, abuse the contact form, scrape it at unreasonable rates, or pretend to be me. Don't use the site or any of its content to train a model that will then be used to compete with this studio.
Content ownership
The site design, words, code, brand marks, and product imagery on this site are owned by Tooljot. The studio name and product names (“Tooljot”, “Fruity Blast”) are unregistered trademarks of the studio.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. I can't promise it will be available 24/7, free of typos, or a perfect representation of the latest reality. If something is broken, please tell me.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tooljot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
Any dispute arising from these terms should ideally be solved by talking it out first. If we can't sort it together, we'll work out the rest in good faith.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. Material changes get a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
