The short version
This site doesn't track you, and the apps are built to keep your data on your own device. No analytics on the website, no accounts in the games, nothing sold to anyone. This page covers the website first, then each app.
This website
Scope
This part covers tooljot.com, the studio website you're reading right now. Each app or game also has its own policy further down this page, covering what that app does on your device.
What I collect on this site
If you submit the contact form, I receive the name, email address, message, topic, and which game or product you picked, plus a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address (used only to spot abuse). That's it. No analytics. No fingerprinting.
Cookies
The site sets one functional cookie:
_tj_csrf protects the contact form from cross-site request forgery. It expires when you close the browser. No advertising cookies. No tracking cookies.Third parties
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block bots. Google may set its own cookies and process limited information to determine if you're human. Their handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. The reCAPTCHA only loads on the contact page.
How long I keep messages
Contact-form messages stay in the studio inbox until handled, then are archived for up to 12 months. After that they're deleted.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to confirm what I have on file about you, correct it, or delete it. Just drop me a message from the same email address you used originally.
Fruity Blast
Block puzzle game for iOS · Effective 10 April 2026
Overview
Fruity Blast is developed and published by Tooljot. In this section, "we," "our," and "us" refer to Tooljot. We want to be clear about how the app handles your data, so we've kept this as straightforward as we can. If anything is unclear, get in touch and we'll explain.
What we collect
We do not collect any personal information. There are no accounts, no logins, no email collection, and no servers on our end that store anything about you. We do not use our own analytics tools or crash reporting services. Google AdMob may collect diagnostic data as part of ad delivery, as described in the Advertising section below. The app does not track how you play or how often you open it.
What's stored on your phone
The app saves a small amount of data locally on your device: your high score; your current game in progress (the board state, score, tray pieces, and daily play streak); and your preferences for sound effects and haptic feedback. This is stored using iOS's built-in UserDefaults system. It stays on your device, is not transmitted anywhere, and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Advertising
Fruity Blast shows ads through Google AdMob. You'll see banner ads during gameplay, occasional full-screen ads between games, and may be offered an optional rewarded video ad to continue playing after a game over. When ads are served, Google's SDK may automatically collect certain data from your device, including: the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS), the vendor identifier (IDFV), device model, operating system version and screen size, coarse location derived from your IP address (country and region level; raw IP addresses are not retained by us), ad interaction data, and crash logs and performance diagnostics related to ad delivery. This data is collected and processed by Google as an independent data controller under their own privacy policy. We do not receive personally identifiable information from Google; we only see aggregated, anonymous performance metrics.
App Tracking Transparency
When you first open the app, iOS will ask whether you want to allow Fruity Blast to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. This prompt appears because Google AdMob can use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show personalised ads. Choosing "Ask App Not to Track" is completely fine. Ads will still appear, they just won't be personalised to you. You can change this decision at any time in your iPhone's Settings under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
Third party services
The only third party service used in the app is Google AdMob for advertising. We do not use Firebase, social media SDKs, standalone analytics platforms, or any other external services. As noted above, AdMob may collect diagnostic data as part of its ad delivery. We also participate in Apple's SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad attribution.
Data security & retention
All data the app stores is kept locally on your device using iOS's sandboxed storage, which is protected by the operating system. We do not operate any servers or databases that hold user data, so there is no risk of it being exposed through a breach on our end. Your game data stays on your device for as long as the app is installed; if you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed by iOS, with no backup or recovery on our side. For data Google retains through AdMob, refer to Google's data retention policies.
Children's privacy
Fruity Blast is rated 12+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we don't collect data from anyone, this extends to children as well. There are no social features, no chat, and no user generated content in the app. Ads shown are served by Google and are subject to their content policies.
In-app purchases & permissions
There are no in-app purchases. Fruity Blast is free to download and play, supported by ads. There are no premium upgrades, virtual currencies, or any form of payment within the app. The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, photo library, location, contacts, calendar, or any other sensitive device features. The only system prompt you will see is the App Tracking Transparency dialog described above.
Your rights
Since we do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete, since all data the app creates lives on your device and you have full control over it. To erase it, simply delete the app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:
EEA, Switzerland, and UK users: under the GDPR/UK GDPR, the legal basis for serving personalised ads is your consent, obtained through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can withdraw consent at any time by changing the tracking setting on your device. For non-personalised ads, we rely on our legitimate interest in funding the app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California users (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell your personal data in the traditional sense. However, sharing advertising identifiers with Google AdMob for personalised ads may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by declining the tracking prompt, or via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iPhone. To manage your Google ad preferences directly, visit Google's ad personalisation controls.

Changes to the Fruity Blast policy
We may update this section from time to time, for example if we add or remove an advertising provider, or if legal requirements change. When we do, we'll update the effective date shown under the Fruity Blast heading above.
Slime Merge
Soft-body merge puzzle for iOS · Effective 23 May 2026
Overview
Slime Merge is developed and published by Tooljot. In this section, "we," "our," and "us" refer to Tooljot. We want to be clear about how the app handles your data, so we've kept this as straightforward as we can. If anything is unclear, get in touch and we'll explain.

What's stored on your phone
The app saves a small amount of data locally on your device: your high score and best tier reached; your current game in progress (the slimes on screen, score, next slime preview); your preferences for sound effects and haptic feedback; and any in-game coins earned through play. This is stored using iOS's built-in UserDefaults system. It stays on your device, is not transmitted anywhere, and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Advertising
Slime Merge shows ads through Google AdMob. You'll see banner ads during gameplay, occasional full-screen ads between games, and may be offered an optional rewarded video ad to continue playing after a game over. Game Center
Slime Merge integrates with Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. If you are signed into Game Center on your device, your high score and achievement progress can be submitted to Apple under your Game Center nickname. This is handled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not see your Apple ID, your real name, or any other identifying information. You can turn Game Center off at any time in your iPhone's Settings, and the game will simply skip those submissions.
